Well-known among CU musicians, Jim Pryor specializes in jazz and gospel music. He is the recipient of a Jazz Fellowship Award given by the American Pianists Association and the first place winner of the Great American Jazz Piano Competition.

Jim has performed with many outstanding musicians, toured several countries, and done many performances on radio and television programs. He currently works for Canaan Baptist Church and plays with Kilborn Alley Blues Band.
