Sarah Shultz holds a master’s degree in Electric Viola Performance and Literature from  the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

She has performed with multiple orchestras and world music ensembles in the Central Illinois area, and has collaborated with folk and rap artists in the studio and on stage. On acoustic or electric, she is well versed in a wide array of styles.

She was raised in the world of classical Suzuki training, which provided her with the skills and foundation necessary to explore other genres of music. She holds two levels of Suzuki certification training and is passionate about teaching well-rounded musicians.
