Rock Camp Session 1:
Daily band rehearsals, jam sessions, and stage presence training, plus rock history and theory classes. Repertoire will be selected from multiple historic and stylistic areas We’ll have a live performance at an outside venue on Friday afternoon. Please see below for details on prerequisites and schedules.
Rock Camp Session 2:
Same format as session 1, but with different tunes and different history and theory lessons.
Rock Camp Session 3: Acoustic Rock Band!

Sessions 1 & 2 are for singer, electric guitar, bass guitar, and drums. Other instruments may be admitted at the discretion of the instructors.
- Guitar players need to be able to pick out a simple melody, or know some chords.
- Guitar and Bass players need to have their own instruments and practice amps.
- Drummers need to be able to play a basic rock beat.
Session 3 is for singer and acoustic instruments only. (Electric bass allowed, acoustic preferred) Drummers will have an opportunity to work on hand percussion–no lugging that kit around! Guitar & bass players will have same skill requirements as above.
